Product prices are based on lists of producers or importers and officers are updated in real time. Prices may change without notice. In the case of price change, current orders will be dispatched to the previous prices.

All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT.
For food supplements the italian VAT rate is 10%.

SHIPPING

All shipments shall be sent by express carrier.

All shipments of goods are made in a manner secured and guaranteed. If the package is lost or damaged in transit by Antiaging Club will arrange for delivery of the goods without additional cost to the customer.

The cost of shipping  for country in Europe is 13 euro

Shipments can be made at homes, offices and everywhere ... there is someone in charge of receiving the goods.

There is no minimum of order.

Antiaging Club makes shipments also out of Europe: please ask a quote, for shipping costs.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES


The shipment of goods is done from our office within 3 days of receipt of order.

Once shipped the goods, the delivery is made in 5/7 days.

At shipment is sent to the customer an advice by email.


ISSUE OF INVOICE ACCOMPANYING


The purchased goods will be sent together with invoice, showing the data communicated by the customer during registration.

The bill is placed in a sealed envelope attached to the package, in the space reserved for the transport documents.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


Antiaging Club recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by law.

Sales of goods over the Internet are governed by Decree Law n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the matter of distance, that is done outside of business premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, which is the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenses incurred. This right is reserved solely to natural persons (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.

Procedure for exercise of the right of withdrawal:

Send to Antiaging Club within 10 working days of receipt of goods by e-mail to info@antiagingclub.it the withdrawal request, specifying the name and last name, order number, date of checkout, your bank account.Wait Antiaging Club permission to withdraw with a Return Authorization Number (RMA)  Provide, using a courier of your choice and own expense, to ship the product carefully packed in original packaging.  Indicate on the package the Return Authorization Number (RMA) and ship the product at:

Antiaging Club shall, within 30 days by bank transfer, reimbursement for the cost of goods shipped, excluding the costs of the first shipment. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned item is undamaged.


LOST / DAMAGED GOODS


In case of lost goods in transit, verified by our courier, by Antiaging Club will provide a new shipment, at no cost to the customer.

In case of damage to goods during transportation, invite customers to:

if the package clearly showing signs of damage, the shipment to arrive by courier, write "conditional approvals" on the delivery slip, together with his signature; send instant communication via email to info@antiagingclub.it, enclosing photographic evidence of damaged product and indicating: full name, order number, a brief explanation of the damage.

Having established the responsibility for damage in shipping by courier, by Antiaging Club will provide a new shipment, at no cost to the customer.



PRIVACY


For the protection and processing of personal data communicated, as expressed by the Privacy Act, Antiaging club declares that customer data will not be disseminated in any way and / or sold to third parties.

In the case of explicit consent during registration, the data will be used to send marketing offers and communications in line with the interests of customers.
