SYMPTOMS OF MENOPAUSE:

1) Immediate manifestations:

Hot flashes

Consume every day and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, preferring the extra virgin olive oil for their dressing. Especially fruits and vegetables contain high amounts of potassium and small amounts of sodium, the ideal characteristics of a good diet conservative.

LIFESTYLE IN MENOPAUSE:
