The training, conducted on a regular and constant, it is a key to weight loss, combined with a proper diet.
Overweight individuals tend to report a higher perception of fatigue and stress during physical activity. Numerous studies have suggested that vitamin C helps to offset fatigue.

Corey J. Huck, at the University of Wisconsin (Wisconsin, USA) and colleagues have completed a four-week study involving 20 adults, mean age 35 years and mean BMI of 34.3 kg / m2.

All the parties involved have consumed a calorie-controlled diet, but only a segment of the study group received a daily supplement of 500 mg of vitamin C. The participants also performed 60 minutes of exercise intensity of 50% of the theoretical maximum oxygen consumption. Whereas both groups lost about 4 kg and without respiratory differences, the group that received the integration of C-vitamin reported a heart rate during the exercise significantly lower, compared to the group without integration. In addition, perceived exertion and fatigue (as measured by standardized scales) were significantly reduced in the group that received the integration of vitamin C.

The authors of the study concluded that: "These data provide preliminary evidence that supplementation with vitamin C can affect fatigue, heart rate and perceived exertion during moderate exercise in obese / overweight."
