Travel pharmacy

Before embarking on a trip, prepare a list of medications and supplements to take. Remember do not leave them exposed to high temperatures and to keep them, well sealed in their packaging, in a cool, dry place.  


Protect your skin from UV rays

Port creams with UV filters appropriate to the site and to your skin type and remember to reapply several times a day. Wearing sunglasses and hat to protect the eyes and head from excessive heat and UV rays. They can also be useful for solar protection of the hair. Finally, remember to moisturize the skin of the face and body every night.


Emergency Numbers

Bring the phone numbers in case of emergency, especially if you are traveling abroad. They can be useful copies of documents, to be stored separately, or scan of the same, on your mobile / pc.


Clothing and accessories suitable

Wherever you go, it is important to have with you clothing and accessories suitable to the situation, and in the right quantities. Inquire before leaving on the destination and write a list of things to bring, check with your travel companions, it is useful to avoid oversights or unnecessary baggage and bulky.


Supply

Drink plenty of water, especially if you're warm and you move a lot. If sweating is high, can be useful minerals. With the heat, favors a light diet: fruits and vegetables in abundance, white meat, seasonings simple. Do not log on with the alcohol and smoking.


Relaxation

Whether your vacation is entirely devoted to rest or mainly time and explore a new destination, enjoy moments of relaxation, essential to recharge your batteries. If during the year you do not have time to read, listen to music, playing a sport or a hobby ... why not do it on vacation?


By plane

If you can, choose a good place: a place next to the emergency exit corridor or if you want legroom, or a window seat if you want to sleep. Try to avoid places near to the toilet, because the other passengers will use it continuously. If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, report, at the time of booking, the airline.

 If you want to sleep during the flight, you can carry with you a travel pillow or headrest. It also brings something to pass the time: books, magazines, games, music ... 

Port toothbrush and towel to cool if necessary. Take steps to protect yourself from dry to board the plane: Drink plenty of water. Use eye drops if you suffer from dry eyes. Bring the saline nasal gel, if your nostrils are affected by breathing dry air. Bring a lip balm and samples of cream for hands and face.

To relieve the pressure in your ears, do the Valsalva maneuver (plug your nose and blow) or brought butts or candy to suck on during take off and landing. Prevent and stop up the ears of repeatedly untap.
